Plain English: what we collect, why, and how to delete it.
This site is run by ZPLYS.AI for the book Beyond Doctor, Engineer, CA. You can read every page, use every tool and download the book without giving us anything. We only collect personal data when you ask for your fit-test report.
Most people who use this site are under 18. That is why the fit test asks for a parent or guardian’s mobile number and consent, as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 expects. We do not use this data for advertising or build profiles to target children.
What we collect and why
- Name and mobile number
- Given on the fit test, to show and send the career report and, with your consent, to contact you about career guidance.
- Fit-test answers and results
- To produce your report, and in aggregate to improve the test.
- Questions asked to Raahi
- Sent to our AI provider (Microsoft Azure OpenAI, India region account) to answer them. Logged without names to improve answers. Do not type personal details into the chat.
- WhatsApp or SMS updates
- Only if you ticked the separate optional box.
How long we keep it
Fit-test records are kept for up to 24 months after the admissions season they relate to, then deleted. They are stored in Microsoft Azure in India and are never sold.
The consent you gave
I am the parent or guardian, or I am 18 or older. I agree that Beyond Doctor, Engineer, CA (education.zplys.ai) may store this name, mobile number and the test answers to show and send the career report, and to contact me about career guidance. I can withdraw at any time on the privacy page.
Consent version 2026-09-26.v1. The exact text is stored with each record.
Withdraw consent and delete your data
Enter the mobile number used on the test. We delete every fit-test record for that number straight away and stop contacting it.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your data, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
