What it is really like

It is 9 pm in a hostel room. A student, back from college, opens an IIT Madras data assignment. The BS in Data Science and Applications runs fully online, and most take it alongside another degree. It climbs in three levels, Foundation, BSc, then BS; you pay only as far as you climb. Most graduates join data teams, cleaning data and building reports.
